PERMANENTLY DELETE JUNK IN ENTOURAGE

I have certain rules in the junk filter that makes some messages
obvious junk. I have set up the filter to delete theese mails. if I
understand this correctly this should permanently delete them. However
they are only moved to the trash can.

The same happens when I use the trash icon on the menu bar. To
permanently delete a mail would be an obvious nice thing as I see no
reason to have to first move a junk mail from the junk mail folder and
then delete them in the trash folder. Any suggestions?

We just went though this a couple of days ago. Someone provided a script
that fully deletes the stuff in the Junk folder. What I use is a script
that goes like this:

tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
set L to (get current messages)
set L2 to {}
repeat with aMessage in L
if online status of aMessage is (not on server) then
set end of L2 to contents of aMessage
else if online status of aMessage is (partially downloaded) then
set connection action of aMessage to (remove at next connection)
end if
end repeat
try
delete L2
delete L2
end try
end tell

The reason for the hedging at the start is that I leave larger messages
partly on the server. If you're not doing that you can dispense with
that part.

this. can you guide me?

I did as described and it worked. great! just one problem; it looks
like the script only works for mail not already defined as junk in he
categories. the script works fine for mail that is classified as not
junk, but will not work on mails already classified as junk.
