Permission Denied on Attachment?

If an Outlook 2003 user sends an e-mail to an Entourage X user (over an
Active Directory domain) the Entourage X user cannot simply click the
attachment and click open without getting a permission denied error. After
trying a few more times, the attachment may open, however this is not always
true. Clicking Save will also generally throw the Permission Denied error.

Any thoughts?
