Permissions to forward e-mails from Outlook 2003

Periodically, our users receive an error message when attempting to forward a
message received from an external mail recipient. It states that "You do not
have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object. See the
folder contact or your system administrator." We often have to have them cut
and paste the message to allow them to forward the message. We are operating
in an Windows 2003 Advanced Server TS environment (users use NeoWare devices
to logon to network) with Citrix Presentation Server 3.0. We have Windows
2003 SP1 installed with Office 2003 SP2 installed.

Hi Patrick,

We have the same issue, however we are using 2003 server, Windows XP clients
and Outlook 2002. It only happens with some e-mails not all.

Have you found anything that has solved your problem?
