Personal Address Book is empty after migrating to Vista

I have loaded Office 2003 onto my new Vista machine. In Outlook, when I try
to populate a new distribution list, the module to select members for the
list is empty. It also will not recognize the contacts in Outlook.
Adding the emails one at a time seems incredibly assinine and redundant.
What can I do to populate the distribution list easier?

I figured it out. If you are having this problem too, this may help you. I
went to Tools/e-mail Accounts/View or change existing directories or address
books and removed the ones there. Then I again went to Tools/e-mail
Accounts/Add new directory or address book/Additional address books/Outlook
Address Book and it was a done deal. Good luck.

Posted here daily. And so that no one is confused, the Personal Address Book
is not in play here and hasn't been for years. The service users need to add
and configure is the Outlook Address Book.
