Personal Address Book vs Contacts...

Maybe I'm dense... I recently upgraded to Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711)... I
migrated my old PAB and Contacts. On the previous version, when I clicked on
To, Cc, or Bcc, the PAB would pop-up so I could select addresses. Now it
pops up blank and won't let me go to Contacts. How can I fix this?

What happens when you try to go to Contacts?

If the Contacts aren't showing at all in the window that opens when you make
an email, right click the Contacts folder, properties, and make sure to
select to show it as an Outlook address Book.

It wasn't checked. I checked it and still nothing shows up when I try to
compose an e-mail. Now what? Do I need to shut it down and restart?
