personal address book

My contact list is now very large so my address book is very large. It would
be nice to be able to make address books that contain selections from the
contact list, like make contacts "views" into an address book. It would be
nice to be able to send an email to everyone in a contact view, something
Outlook XP does not seem to provide.

There are numerous ways to organize your Contacts to do what you want.
Categories and separate Contacts subfolders is what most people use.
You can easily send to the Contacts in a view in any version of Outlook.
Select the Contacts. > Actions > New Message to Contact...
