I have not used the Microsoft Backup option but if it is
any help to you, I do weekly back up's of my personal
folder file.(including task lists and contact list)
Choose "Import/Export" from your file menu and export to
file. choose to export a personal folder file (.pst) (make
sure you choose to include all subfolders when you choose
your personal files to export)and choose a location to
save the file on you hard drive. Then back up your hard
drive. To load the file you do the same procedure but you
