Personal Folders Backup add-in

I have installed (and reinstalled because of this error) the Backup add-in but it doesn't matter where I try to save the backup I get the error that the CD-Drive is read only even if I save to C:\ !!
What could that be?
I am using Outlook 2002 SP3 with the newest updates under Windows XP-Pro with the newest updates.
