Pesky help window-how do I close it?

HELP! There's a pesky Help window that I can't move and can't close blocking
everything, how do I close it? It is unmovable and and has no "close"
button. All I can do is resize it, this is really strange.
My usual solution is to restart Entourage.

Where'd it come from? Are you sure it's really a Help page? I never heard of
one without a close button. Does cmd-W work?

Are you sure it's not the Assistant, or a balloon belonging to the
Assistant? (Could the Assistant itself be off-screen? In Help menu, is "Use
Office Assistant checked? Try unchecking it.)
