Phantom address in envelope template

I know I asked this question quite some time ago and got
an answer that worked like a charm! Unfortunately, I
can't find the paperwork, and the problem has turned up
again.

This morning I tried to address an envelope, using the
envelope icon, and when it printed, part of an address
(from a label I did about a week ago) appeared about an
inch below the return address.

How does this happen, and how do I get rid of it?
