Picture controls in a word form (unprotected area)

I am trying to create a word form document that can be used to report
software bugs in our product. I have created the form to ensure a consitent
look and feel. I wanted the user to screen print errors they get to aid in
explaining the issue and the only way I could do that was to have an
unprotected area in the form which is fine.

Now the issue, when I paste the screen print, the picture controls are
disabled, I can resize but not crop or use any of the picture controls and
the autoshpaes are also disabled.

If anyone can help in this I would apprecaite it.
