picture manager does not open hyperlink bmp file in a different fo

Microsoft Office 2003 picture manger will not open an Excel hyperlinked .bmp
file located in a different folder. If you put the Excel file that contains
the hyperlinks in the same folder a the .bmps it opens the .bmp. I want to
link to many different folders and do not want to move all the .bmp files.
