picture problems

Have a large presentation with a handful of photos
imported as pictures. When you add one on one slide it
also adds the same picture in place of another picture
(already loaded in) on another slide or mysteriously
replaces pics with large red x's.

Not just my laptop. Everyone in the office has the same
problem on the same shared file.

Sounds like the file is corrupted. Try down loading and using the "cloneme"
tool from the MS PowerPoint download site.
