picture wont print correctly

Hello, I am trying to print a company logo in Publisher, its brown and black.
It looks fine on the document and in print preview but when I print it only
the brown portions of the logo are printed and they come out light blue.
Please help !

Have you checked your printer ink levels?
It sounds like your printer is out of magenta, yellow, and black inks.

Thats what I thought at first but I have just put in brand new ink
cartridges.

What printer are you using?
Have you done a head cleaning operation on your printer?
Have you tried using a PDF printer such as www.primopdf.com to create a PDF
file and look at the colours in that?
