Pictures in header don't print right (only blue and yellow inks)

I have pictuers in headers and footers in a document template in Word. When I
print the template (or docs based on the template) the pictuers in the header
and footer only print with the blue and yellow inks (the red and black inks
are missing). The files print perfectly to pdf.

I would suggest your printer is out of red and black ink - or you have a
problem with your printer driver.
