pie chart request

i am trying to do a 6 sector pie chart and a 4 sector pie chart with
transparent overlay so you can see the objects underneath is this possible?
if so how can i do it ?

Once you have your charts created (and don't intend to edit them again), you
can choose to ungroup them. By ungrouping the charts you turn them into
objects that you can then select the different elements of the charts and set
the Fill Color as well as transparency.
