Pivot table limitation

Good day everybody,

I am working on a pivot which linked to a DBF file of 641,424 records and
size 216,160,569 bytes.
I get a message as follows :
Excel cannot complete this task with available resources. Choose less
data or close other applications. Continue without Undo?
I have close all applications except Excel and I still get the same error.

Can anyone tell me what is the Pivot table limitation? Is there a way to get
all my data into the Pivot table?
