Pivot Table refresh

When I refresh an existing pivot table the content of the page variables are no longer in alphabetical order. eg. the page variable customer name shows all customers, but searching for a particular customer name in the list is difficult if the names are no longer in alphabetical order.

Any idea how to fix this ?

Hi,

Right click on the page variable in the pivot table and choose "Field
settings". Then in the field settings window,click on "Advanced ". In
the advanced options window, choose autosort options as Ascending and in
the "using field" dropdown, choose your page variable and click on OK.

Your page variable will always be sorted in ascending order.
