Pivot table - *repeat* duplicate values

Excel 2007 - need to repeat values in Pivot Table rows even when duplicate,
e.g.:

Database Table
db1 tbl1
tbl2
tbl3
db2 tbl2
tbl7

When there are many tables per database (that require scrolling to view),
there is no way to determine what the current database association is once it
has scrolled out of view. Therefore need database to repeat for each row.

Also wondering about applying formatting to Pivot Table cells. When no
Style is applied and use basic fill colors for example, some cells will
occassionally not display the fill as you navigate, drill, etc. Sporadic and
inconsistent - seems a bit like a bug. Anyone else experienced this?
