Once you have created the first pivot table, there should
be an option for you to create a new PT using "Another
Pivot Table or Pivot Chart", On my version it is the 4th
choice on page 1 of the wizard.
Once this is done, do not refresh the second PT, only the
first PT created. It should save file size and time.
