Pivots - please help!

Once you have created the first pivot table, there should
be an option for you to create a new PT using "Another
Pivot Table or Pivot Chart", On my version it is the 4th
choice on page 1 of the wizard.

Once this is done, do not refresh the second PT, only the
first PT created. It should save file size and time.

I have several pivot tables that are based on the same
range of data (all of them are in the same file, different
tabs). All the pivots tables take the data separately.
Hence, when changing the data, I have to refresh every
pivot table independantly. Besides, the file turns out to
be huge (about 100 Mb).
Is there a way to base the pivot tables on the same pivot
table report without redoing them? When I try changing the
range in the pivots, Excel doesn't ask me if I want to use
the same report as the in the other pivot, even though the
ranges are the same.
