PivotTable help: I want a checklist for multiple items

M

Michael

I have created a PivotTable using the wizard. I dragged
the field "probability" into the top "PAGE" section of the
PivotTable layout. I want to be able to select multiple
probabilities in the list to populate the rest of the
table. For example, I want to choose both P80 and P100
probabilities so that data with either of those field
values shows up. I KNOW I have seen this in other
PivotTables before. The problem is that the current field
settings, gives me a drop-down list of all values which I
must choose either (All) or (blank) or only one value - I
cannot have a checklist and choose more than one value.

If anyone can help me, please reply to
(e-mail address removed) less the "NOSPAM_" of course.
Thanks.

Hi
you may describe the source data of your file with more detail. e.g.
post some example rows as plain text (no attachment please). also
describe based on this example your desired output
