I want to change the way I view me incoming mail from
plain text to html.

Now *I* can help you do this!

In the menu bar, select Tools
Then select Options
A dialog box will open. Select the Mail Format tab
The first area near the top will give you a drop down menu
with the different formats available.
Select Html from the drop-down menu.

Press OK at the bottom until all the dialog boxes
disappear.
