Plan A Meeting / meeting time not highlighted

Greetings All,

For some reason in outlook 2003, when "plan a meeting" is selected for
a particular user and the time is entered for the meeting, the
corresponding time for the meeting is not highlighted in the meeting.
The wrong times are highlighted and not just by an hour off (daylight
savings bug). It is off by a considerable amount of time and even
spills into the next day. Has anyone else encountered this problem as
well?
