play video

i can play .avi(microsoft dv) format in wmp but when i load it power point i
can see only the first frame and the sound sequence only. is this problem
cos by the codecs and what the solution. if possible pls list down the codec
for more convenient for other user to browse. thanks

Make certain you have the latest version of DirectX for your OS. I'm
betting that's where the problem is.
