Pleading template for Vista, is this possible?

I purchased a new computer to be able to file my own court papers and
discovered that the new computers come with Vista and use works instead of
word. I didn't see a template or wizard for pleadings. Can anyone help or
did waste my money on this new system?

You didn't waste your money, BUT, Works or Word do NOT come as standard or
as part of Windows, whether XP or Vista. The vendor MAY bundle some
software, as you have discovered, but generally Word comes as an extra and
needs to be paid for in addition to the cost of the machine.
