In Outlook when you first create a contact, you are required to set a dialing
location. I guess not really required per se, the window won't close if you
don't. I haven't used a dialing connection in years, please don't require me
to configure one. When I need to use the modem, I will configure it. If it
were something that I used even occassionally, I would configure it.
Additionally, I use a laptop. I am almost never in the same area code when I
use this thing. Until you can sense the area code automatically, dialing
locations should be optional. You are able to tell that this hardware is a
laptop, maybe dialing locations make more sense for desktop computers.
