PLEASE HELP....accidently deleted appt!!

accidently deleted ALL my appts.this morning. i was transferring/synching appts and pc was showing conflicting appts...thats when i deleted them.
how do i recover/retrieve all those appts?

Well yes if you have an Entourage archive...
Otherwise, if it is on an Exchange account, there is a slight chance that the
admins have regular backups and that they can restore the data from a few
days ago,
