Please help - Entourage\Exchange Contacts and Calendar won't sync.

Here's the setup:

1. Single Exchange Server 2000, not a domain controller
2. IMAP and OWA enabled and working on this server.
3. "Http keep alive" enabled on default WEB site
4. Using test account, ID is "test", name is "Test User", email is
[email protected].
5. Can access OWA with http://myserver/exchange/test
6. Free\Busy server is myserver/Public
7. Installed Office X, update 10.1.2, update 10.1.4
8. Entourage e-mail and directory lookups work fine.
9. Calendar and Contacts show up as e-mail items and will not display
under Entourage Address book, Calendar.

Tried "Reset Syncronization" no difference. What else can I try? Any
suggestions are greatly appreciated.

already answered somewhere, but I'm having the same issue:

You must have applied SP2 or later to your Exchange Server, otherwise you
will not be able to connect properly.

This was suggested earlier:
Go to Tools -> Accounts, and open your Exchange account. Click the
"Advanced" tab, and check the Security option "DAV service requires secure
connection (SSL)". Click OK, and then go to Entourage -> Switch Identity,
and then log into your identity. Does synchronization occur?
