Please Help!! How do I export a Cashflow from MS Project to Excel?

I am looking to export a basic of a MS Projects Cashflow into Excel.

When I generate the Cash flow report in Projects, the printable view is exactly what I would like have shown in Excel except I cannot find a way of exporting this?

Would really appreciate any help with this.
