Please Help me with Entourage/Office/hotmail situation... Now I can't use any office program

Ok, I too am trying to use Entourage to access my hotmail. Now that
is the least of my problems because after installing 10.1.2, 10.1.4,
and 10.1.5 I can't get into any of my office programs.

It is making me enter the personal information and cd key just like
the first time I installed office. I am entering that same # and it
is telling me that the # is not valid.

I have information that is in entourage that I need.

Help.

If you can email me directly that would be great.

That would usually be if the original version of Office v. X was not from a
bona fide retail Microsoft CD-in-a-box but from some cheap offer - which you
should realize is a pirated version. The upgraders know about these pirated
CD keys and won't let you access them.

If that's not the case, then phone up Microsoft Customer Service with some
sort of proof of purchase in hand. The will generally issue you with a new
CD key once they are sure you bought a bona fide retail version.

Otherwise you would have to buy a valid copy of Office v. X.
