Please help. Outlook 2003 (possibly other versions as well) question.

Hello,

I have Outlook 2003 installed (with a personal setup - ie NOT the
Corporate email setup). When I click on new Task, it comes up with an
Owner. How do I change this Owner name? I've also noticed that the
current owner appears in other places in outlook. I've looked
everywhere but can't seem to find how to change the owner name.
