Please help Outlook sending errors

The following are error codes I am receiving with Outlook 2002. It as been
running fine and now seems to be getting worst. TIA



Task 'Richard @ Work - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation
timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'


Task 'Richard @ Work - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC67) : ' The server
responded: 421 Unexpected failure, please try later'



Task 'Richard @ Work - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6A) : 'Your outgoing
(SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to
receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP). The server responded: 451 Error in writing spool
