My friend sent me a mail in "Chinese"
but accidentally encoded it in "Western European (ISO)"
I cannot choose "Encoding" (It's gray)
from the "Format" menu option to change the character set
for reading it properly.
I Can do it in Outlook XP w/o any problem.
However, I don't know why I Can't do it in Outlook 2003.
Is it a configuration problem???
Any help will be appreciated!!!
Thanks a million
