Please Help!!

I do have Microsoft Entourage X and 2 POP email addresses but only one email
address is physically showing in the view pane at left hand side of
Microsoft Entourage X. How should I do to show my another email address?
(I¹m trying to make them visible). Please help I¹m new in Entourage.

This is a feature of Online POP Access. If you go into Tools >
Accounts > (Choose Account) > Options, you can check the box that
enables Online Access.

This is not the normal way to access a POP3 account. This is actually
mimicking the features of an IMAP account.

Normally you would download your messages via Tools > Send & Receive,
or via a Schedule. Messages from your POP3 accounts would be
downloaded to your Inbox, or could be diverted to other folders via
Rules.
