Please make the ShortCut Bar available again!!

I'm a big fan of the Shortcut Bar. I was greatly disappointed to see it
disappear from the latest and greatest Office 2003.

It's gone and the operating systems provide that functionality now.

I think Dog may be referring to the MOM - Microsoft Office Manager bar? That
one had a unique ability to be smaller - namely, the size of the title bar,
so you can tuck it up in the right part of the title bar, out of the way.
Plus, when you checked "Always on top", darnit, it was always available.
Current "edge hidden" icon bars don't always pop out, especially if you have
a maximized window on them.

Personally, I have the start bar pop out of the left, Explorer off the top,
Programs off the right, and Control panel off the bottom. Everything is
handy, but I'd still like the MOM back.
