Please recommend a Outlook+exchange "how-to" book I can give to users who are about to convert to Ex

I'd like to find a book that shows what Exchange with Outlook can do
for Outlook users who currently use internet-only outlook on theor
PCs.

The user is interested in shared calanders, contacts and documents,
and I'm sure that Outlook can do lots more. I'm looking for the
basics plus ideas.

Is there a URL for a web page that lists 3rd party add-ons to
Outlook/exchange ?

Thanks
