Pls help: collate receipts

Very often I have to send msgs to a number of clients and wait for their
returned receipts. If not delivered or not read, I have to re-send a few
days later.

Please help if there is any good way to list out which client has return
receipts and which not?

There's a Receipt Request field available from the Field Chooser.
You can add that to a view and work with it any way that is practical for
you.
