Pls Help

I just switched from Mail to Entourage.

1) Instead of importing my mailboxes i setup up new mailboxes in
Entourages. Do you suggest I import my mailboxes from Mail and then
delete them from Mail?

2) Don't you think the Entourage Mail Search option isn't half as good
as MAIL or am I just using it wrong?

3) Also, in my Format menu in entourage only the Character Set option
is available. The rest of them (Style, Font etc.) are all greyed out.
On the same lines, I increase the font on one of my messages (maxed it
out), how do i reduce it now? (The indescrepency unsettles me).

4) When i view my messages they have a very machine like traditional
font (know what i mean?), how do i make it "rich text" i guess? like
arial or something?

Thanks alot.

If you want to be able to access your mailboxes from Mail in Entourage, then
you can import them. There is no need to otherwise.

Once you are sure everything has been transferred to Entourage, you can
delete the mailboxes from mail to reclaim disk space.
3) Also, in my Format menu in entourage only the Character Set option
is available. The rest of them (Style, Font etc.) are all greyed out.

You need to have HTML formatting turned on. Go to Format -> HTML (or click

Three possible ways:
1. Option-click the "Increase Font Size" button.
2. Go to Edit -> Decrease Font Size.
3. Press Shift-Command-MINUS.
4) When i view my messages they have a very machine like traditional
font (know what i mean?), how do i make it "rich text" i guess? like
arial or something?

Turn on HTML formatting.
