Pocket Outlook questions

I have a couple of questions regarding Pocket Outlook:

1. When sending email, it ignores the "display as" settings of
Outlook2003SP1 contacts.

2. Only email1 is offered as an option to select in "To:" and no
autocomplete.

3. Font size for displayed contacts is way too big, can't find any way to
reduce it, without affecting the rest of the device.

Pocket PC - HTC Magician, f/ware 1.12
