PocketMac

I would like to seek advice for PocketMac. I bought Dell Axim x51v recently
which ran on WindowsMobile 5.0. How's performance and stability of
PocketMac when comparing that with ActiveSync on Windows XP Pro, especially
at the time of synchronizing Tiger apps (Mail, iCal...) and Entourage 2004?

Thanks,

Charles,

Avoid PocketMac. Not good at all. You will have all sorts of big-time
problems if you choose this one.

The best syncing app I found for syncing with E2004 was the Missing
Sync for Pocket PC

Good luck.

I've had problems with PocketMac too, with one exception - the
Blackberry. Pocketmac for Blackberry works great. I've found the
Missing Sync products to be much better in general.

I'm the odd one out. I've had good results with PocketMac Pro. It isn't as
pretty as Missing Sync (and I have considered using there crossgrade offer
to get Missing Sync for $20) but seems to do the trick fine for me. Neither
of them right now support WM5.0 so you'll have to wait anyway.

Mark/Space is planning to release a version of Missing Sync that will work
with the latest Windows Mobile OS in the near future. See this page for
details:
