Poliquin Chart modification

Greetings,

New to the Forum, Im working on an assignment that I wasted way to
much time on already. I dont know any Excel terminology but will try t
explain

What I want it to do is to be able to Drag and fill in a series Usuall
it references to the correct cells but it isnt this time, I know wha
its doing but just dont know how to override the SERIES or FIL
parameters that excel uses...

I still have to put the parameters in each cell to get the correc
answer which takes way too long. If I try to auto populate the cells b
dragging, it references to the wrong cells each time.. There must be
way to force it to do it the way I want it?? :confused:
