POP - accidentally downloaded all e-mail - how do I get it back?

I accidentally downloaded all the e-mail to the pop account - how to I
export it back up to the exchange server?

move them back in the Exchange mailboxes. That should do the trick. Drag
and drop will do it, but I use the shift-command-M shortcut,
