POP/IMAP Folders

I installed Entourage X and set it up with an IMAP account and it has
been working fine for several weeks. I have folders that I created under
my profile (not under "On my Computer"). They were showing up fine
under the drop down list under my account. Now they're not showing
up. If I click on my name they show up in the right window pane, but
will not show up in the drop down list. Is there anything I can do to fix
this issue. Please give me some ideas to try.

Thanks

Did you happen to toggle the triangle by "on my computer"?

Yes I sure did. They're not showing up on the left preview pane at all.
Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. The folders I created that have no sub
folders show up (so far), but the one folder I did with several sub
folders now do not show (although they did an hour ago, I'm hoping
they will reappear somehow). Anyone have any ideas?

One thing I just noticed. If I double click on my account name so
everything shows up in the right pane, then the folders that show up
correctly have a blue hue to them. The one that is not showing up has
a gray hue to it, as do all the sub folders. I am going to try and
create another folder with no sub folders to see if this is the
problem, but it should work with sub folders correct?

BTW, this is all Entourage 10.1.4, OS 10.2.8. I am new to IMAP
accounts, used POP before. All is well so far except for this.

Well, that was strange. In the right pane, I double clicked on the
folders which were not showing up and which were gray rather than blue
which opened them in a new window of course. The message at the top
said "unread only" so I simply changed that (command+shift+O) and then
they all showed up again. Blue this time. Seems strange to have to do
that manually, but it did the trick.
