POP Text only

I have a user that insists on using Outlook POP to MS exchange 5.5
He uses it to connect to several POP services. All email sent to his
personal accounts arrive in full HTML. Email sent to his Corporate acct
arrives as text with the stationary image as an attachment. Even if a user
sends it from the same system. I checked his mailbox properties, and there
is no differance to anyone elses settings.
Stats:
Outlook 2k w/ latest SP
Windows 2000
Exchange 5.5
