using Outlook 2002 (SP3). Messages on my pop server get downloaded
repeatedly. This happens only for some messages and seems to be somewhat
random (if I send/receive repeatedly, different messages get redownloaded
each time).
The same problem is not occurring on the same server with the same account
in Mozilla's mail client and Opera's mail client, so it does not appear to
be a POP server issue; rather an Outlook issue.
The MS knowldege base says that problem was fixed in SP2, but I'm on SP3 and
having the problem or a similar problem.
Any help greatly appreciated! Using Mozilla mail until this is resolved,
but would much prefer Outlook.
