POP3?SMTP errors----Server Response: '550 5.7.1

Hello, and desperately seeking answers,,,lol..I think i am on about 10 hours
of reading and still dont know whats wrong. I configured the POP3/SMTP
server, and I also configured it with needing passwords. I cant send or
recieve email from outlook express. I copied and pasted error below,,,anyone
have any ideas?....

ERROR

Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
(e-mail address removed)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79

AOL does not have a public SMTP server. You must use the AOL client
software to send/receive email with AOL.

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
