Populate multiple forms with content of another

Hi all,

In a word document with several forms scattered through it, I want to
take the content of one form (first thing in the document is a "Enter
your details" section - first form is 'FirstName'), and then populate
multiple forms throughout the document with what ever is entered.

e.g. they enter 'John' as first name, and it automatically fills
several other forms throughout the document with 'John'.

Any advice/help on how to do this would be much appreciated.

Nevermind - solved using Ref field
