Populating cells based on calculation

I want to search each number from Col Q and if found in Col F then populate
Cols A,B,C, D from Cols F,G,H,I until a blank cell is found in Col Q. Also
When I move to another month. Data in Cols A,B,C,D to be carried forward and
then this operation to be repeated and so on for the 12 months
