Populating Exchange server with Entourage '04 client

Does anyone know if it's possible to migrate data between two Exchange
servers, one a dedicated server and the other a shared managed server,
by pushing data to the new server via Entourage clients? We've
recently attempted this and experienced some strange byproducts like
no contacts and calendar items syncing properly, and every message on
the new server has the exact the same timestamp (the time the message
was first uploaded, not the actual timestamp of the message).

Has anyone seen this scenario before, and care to share?

Thanks in advance,

I'm assuming this is for one or a just a handful of accounts. A full
server migration would be better handled between the servers themselves.

Can you explain what you mean by "no contacts and calendar items syncing
properly"? You should be able to view the first account using Calendar
Views --> All Events in the folders list and dragging to the Calendar of
the second account.

And items that are essentially copied will always take on the *Received*
date of the time they are copied. However, the more important *Sent*
dates should be intact.

Hope this helps!
