Hello:
I've been happily transporting the constellation of resources provided by
Entourage back and forth between my office and home computers simply by
copying the Microsoft User Data folder of the machine I'm leaving and
pasting it over the Microsoft User Data folder of the computer I'm about to
use.
After some problems with Entourage crashing (probably due to too many saved
e-mail messages with too many fat attachments), I've been having trouble
with the previously seamless portability of the Microsoft User Data file.
Now when I try to replace the file on my home computer, I get the following
message: "The operation cannot be completed because the item 'Database
Cache' is in use" -- even when the computer has been freshly booted and no
Microsoft applications have been activated.
Any advice, please?
Thanks,
Patrick
